Return & Exchange

7-Day Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. All requests require prior approval from our team by emailing essentiaattire@gmail.com.

Conditions for Return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition with original tags attached. Items showing any signs of use (makeup, pet hair, odors, etc.) will be rejected. Promotional freebies must be returned together.

Refunds & Reverse Pickups

  • Refunds are issued exclusively as an Essentia Attire Gift Card (Store Credit). Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • A ₹150 logistics fee will be deducted from your store credit for reverse pickups, even if your order had free shipping.
  • Want to avoid the fee? You may securely self-ship the item to our facility.

Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged only once for a size replacement of the exact same design.
  • A ₹150 pickup fee applies upfront for exchanges (or self-ship to avoid the fee).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A continuous, uncut unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is strictly required. If valid, we will provide a free replacement of the exact same product and size (no refunds). Without a valid video, the standard ₹150 pickup fee will apply to your request.
