If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Since these customized apparels are printed on demand especially for you, it is not eligible for cancellations and returns.

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please allow one to 2 weeks for your return to be processed by our customer service team. You will receive a call or an email once your return is processed.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • We only allow our customers to return faulty products, damaged products, and mistake in order or mismatch in ordered size. Other than this cannot be returned. Report defective, incorrect, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Place your return request within the 24 hours of delivery.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • Product must not be used or damaged.
  • All returned products have to be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
  • Shipping costs will be refunded only if the mistake happens from our end.
  • All gifts or promotional products received with your purchase must be returned with your order.

Conditions for Exchange

  • We only allow our customers to exchange faulty products, damaged products, and mistake in order or mismatch in ordered size.
  • Place your exchange request within the 24hours of delivery.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • Product must not be used or damaged.
  • Each item can only be exchanged once.
  • If the exchange complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. We will not refund the difference. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.

The following Goods cannot be returned or exchanged:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications & clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return or exchanged due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Returning or Exchanging Goods (Reverse Pickups)

In cases where the customer’s location is non-serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners, we may request the customer to self-ship the product to our return address. In such cases, the courier charges will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return/exchange shipment. Therefore, We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.

As mentioned in Shipping policy - Shipping is free if the order amount is equal to or more than 599₹. 99₹ will be charged for order amounts under 599₹. Also, there is a ₹79 cash handling fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which both are non-refundable if you return your items.

Please note: Although we have tried to precisely show the actual colour of the products, there may be a minor variation based on the operating system you are using.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
